A full-property decorative lighting package spanning guestrooms, suites, corridors and lobby. Remington engineered the guestroom nightstand and desk lamps around the operator's power-access standard, then matched shade proportions and metal finishes across sconces and pendants so the scheme reads as one continuous material language.

Remington is a single-source partner: design development, engineering, fabrication, quality control and logistics coordination all happen under our own process control. Below is the workflow procurement teams and designers move through with us.
Send a sketch, a mood image or a full spec book. We translate intent into manufacturable geometry, propose material substitutions where budget or lead time demands it, and issue dimensioned shop drawings for designer sign-off.
Physical metal finish chips, shade fabric swatches and stone or wood samples are supplied before tooling. This step prevents the most common cause of hospitality lighting rejection on site: finish drift between sample and production.
Fixtures are detailed to UL/ETL listing requirements with correct wire gauge, strain relief, grounding and socket rating. Guest-facing USB-A/USB-C modules and tamper-resistant receptacles are integrated at the design stage, not retrofitted.
A production-intent prototype is built for the model room so the design team can verify scale, glare, switch reach and cord management against real furniture before the full run is released.
Batch production is inspected against the approved control sample. Every luminaire receives an electrical continuity and function check, and cartons are drop-tested for freight conditions typical of multi-property rollouts.
We phase shipments to renovation schedules, label by floor or room type where required, and hold attic stock for replacement parts so operators are not sourcing an orphaned sconce three years later.

Remington Reserve
Reserve is our stocked capsule of hospitality-grade sconces, vanity lights, pendants and guestroom lamps for renovation programs that cannot wait on a custom lead time — without dropping to residential-grade construction.

Our Story
Remington began in 1932 when founder Dan Denenberg — an immigrant sweeping floors in a Philadelphia lampshade factory — started building fixtures under his own name. By the 1940s Remington was supplying the country's finest retailers and hotels. In the 1970s major hotel brands recognised the durability and value of our construction and began writing Remington into their standards.
That lineage matters to buyers for one reason: institutional memory. We have seen which shade seams fail after five years of housekeeping, which finishes survive coastal humidity, and which switch types generate the fewest guest-service calls. That knowledge is built into every drawing we release.
Brand Partners
Remington fixtures are installed across upscale, full-service and luxury properties throughout North America and beyond.

Buyer Questions
Yes. Our in-house engineering team develops custom decorative lighting directly from interior designer concepts, hand sketches or complete specification packages. Deliverables include dimensioned shop drawings, finish and fabric samples, electrical detailing and a controlled sample approval sequence before any production release.
Fixtures are engineered to UL and ETL listing requirements for the North American market, with CE and additional regional compliance available on request. Guestroom lamps can be supplied with integrated USB-A, USB-C and tamper-resistant receptacles that meet current hotel brand safety standards, plus damp-location construction for bath applications.
We hold long-standing approved-vendor relationships with leading hotel brands and maintain stocked standard designs for repeat rollouts. For accelerated renovation schedules, the Remington Reserve quick-ship range covers sconces, vanity lights, pendants and guestroom lamps without a custom lead time.
Share room counts and space types, target lamp styles or inspiration imagery, finish direction, operating voltage, destination market and any brand standard documents. Our specification team responds with material options, engineering feedback, value-engineering alternatives and an indicative production and logistics timeline.
We recommend and hold attic stock at the program level — shades, harps, sockets, glass and finials — so that a single damaged luminaire does not require re-tooling years after installation. Part numbers are archived against each project for straightforward reordering.
Hospitality remains our core focus: upscale and luxury hotels, resorts and F&B. We also supply senior living communities and luxury multifamily developments where contract-grade durability and coordinated finish families are required.
